About Patty
When Patty Alessi started her professional life, she worked as a hairstylist on Long Island, New York. But after experiencing serious health challenges, she began to explore alternative ways of healing herself—and soon realized she wanted to share those tools with others.

For Patty, this has become a labor of love. Her work philosophy can be summarized in one sentence: Wellness and Light to You and Yours!
Life Coaching
Life Coaching can help you achieve your goals, overcome challenges, and create a truly fulfilling life. Here's what you can expect from a coaching relationship:
First and foremost, coaching is a collaborative process. We'll work together to identify your goals and create an action plan. I'll provide guidance and support, but it's up to you to take action and make things happen.
Coaching is also flexible. If you need to change your goals or modify the plan, that's no problem. We'll work together to find a solution that meets your needs.

Meditation
Guided Meditation...
is a great way to relax and focus your mind.
A personalized guided meditation can be especially helpful,
as it will be tailored specifically
to your needs.

In a personal session,
I will work with you to create a guided meditation that addresses your specific concerns.
This may include techniques
to help you relax, visualization exercises, or affirmations that are meaningful to you.
We can also discuss any other ways you might like to use guided meditation, such as for stress relief or deep relaxation.
Reiki Certification
Reiki Certification is a process through which you can become a certified Reiki practitioner.
There are many different programs available, and you can find one that
fits your needs and learning style.
In my program, you will learn about
the history of Reiki, the energy system
of the body, how to
give a treatment, and more.
You will also receive hands-on experience in providing treatments to others.
Upon completion of the program,
you will be a Certified Reiki Practitioner and will be able to use the
Reiki healing energy in your own life and to help others.
